I aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days with special delivery shipping for order above £100. Under this price I will use Royal Mail second class signed for.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is on the way, I use Royal Mail.

A signature is required upon receipt, please ensure someone will be around to receive item.
*In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card should be left with details for you to collect the parcel from your local collection Post Office depot.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Any instructions on orders to leave the parcel in a safe place or with an neighbour cannot be upheld with this service.

I’m not responsible if the parcel is lost or stolen.
I can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.
Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
UK public holidays and sales periods will effect dispatch dates.
All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

Returns & Exchange Policy
I accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unworn and in its original packaging, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
The buyer is responsible to pay for insured return post.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
On Sales items no refund.
On bespoke items
I really want you to be happy with your custom jewellery or your prototype in lost wax, so unless there is damage via post there will be no refunds on Customised bespoke pieces.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email please I’m here for help or I can offer you a credit note within 30 days of purchase.
